Starting your career as a therapist can feel overwhelming. Many new clinicians enter the field with strong academic foundations but little real-world preparation for the challenges that arise in session. From navigating suicidal ideation to handling boundary issues or complex ethical dilemmas, the learning curve can be steep.
The Therapist Mentorship Program offers a 6-month journey of support, case consultation, and professional growth. Through bi-weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions and monthly group consultations, you’ll build confidence in your clinical skills, strengthen decision-making, and receive guidance on career development and work–life balance.
